By making a booking from Making Pretty you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

PRICES

All service prices listed on Making Pretty website are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice. Rates will be charged in accordance with advertised rates at time of booking.

CANCELLATION FOR SINGLE BOOKINGS

With any cancellations or rescheduling 72 hours prior to the appointment time the booking fee is transferable to another appointment. Cancelling within the 72 hours will mean that any booking fees or monies payed will be forfeited. *Covid 19 Cancellation - If your appointment gets cancelled because of a government imposed lockdown then your booking fee can be transferred to another date or service within 12 months of your original booking *subject to availability

CANCELLATIONS FOR WEDDING & GROUP BOOKINGS

To secure your booking a non refundable $200 booking fee is required. Your booking isn’t secured until your payment has been made.
Once the booking has been made & the booking fee is taken, any cancellation or changes to the size of the group will incur additional charges. If the booking is downsized after it has been confirmed, you will be charged the original price quoted to cover the loss of other bookings turned away for the same date. If you choose to reschedule your date then another booking fee is required to secure the new date. *Covid 19 Cancellation - If your wedding or event gets cancelled because of a government imposed lockdown then any monies paid minus the booking fee of $200 can be transferred to another date or service within 12 months of your original booking *subject to availability
